Preparatory seminar for vocational training in social assistance in Wroclaw (Poland)
For the first time G.A.L.B. Förderung gGmbH organises for their apprentices in social assistance a trip to the neighbouring country Poland. In Wroclaw the students want to find out how the social system in Poland is structured and in which areas there are social assistants. It is already certain that the job title does not exist in Poland. However, there must also be people there who supportively work in kindergartens and other social institutions. The participants are looking forward to two exciting weeks with two tutors on the Polish side, who already got to know them during the preparatory meeting through a video conference.
Zum ersten Mal organisiert die G.A.L.B. Förderung gGmbH für ihre Auszubildenden im Bereich Sozial-Assistenz eine Fahrt in das Nachbarland. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler möchten in Breslau herausfinden, wie das Sozialsystem in Polen aufgebaut ist und in welchen Bereichen dort Sozial-Assistenten arbeiten. Sicher ist schon einmal, dass es die Berufsbezeichnung in Polen nicht gibt. Allerdings muss es ja auch dort Menschen geben, die unterstützend in Kindergärten und anderen sozialen Einrichtungen tätig sind. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler freuen sich auf zwei spannende Wochen mit zwei Tutorinnen auf polnischer Seite, die sie während des Vorbereitungstreffens bereits durch eine Video-Konferenz kennen lernen konnten.
