Whether as a cook or as a receptionist in the hotel – especially in this area a work experience abroad is almost mandatory. In the second year of training, the Vocational School of Gastronomy in Poznan (Poland) offers its students at least a short internship before the summer holidays. Even in Poland, hotels and restaurants are urgently looking for skilled workers – if possible with work experience abroad!
