Arte Factum: Leonardo Da Vinci - Mobility

Vocational training for event managers and technicians from Germany in the cultural sector

The project Arte Factum is addressed to all those persons who work in artistic or creative ambits in Berlin/Bradenburg, Germany. That means that not only “creatives” but also those who work in the technical, administrative or similar fields inside the artistic ambit can take part in the programme.

There is not any age-border for the grant and it takes effect during four months. Organisations of

seven European cities participate in our project: Kaunas – Litauen, Wroclaw – Polen, Sofia – Bulgarien, Florenz – Italien , Lyon – Frankreich, Belfast – UK und Barcelona – Spanien.

As a native

The participant will live as a native in the other country during the project: the grant holder should be independent in the different social levels (work, flat and the relation with his/her organisation). The grant holder should be also able to solve alone the problems which could appear during the grant. Even so, our partner organisation in the country will be achievable to help the participant in every moment he needs support.

It is of an especial importance the collective preparation of the project and its openness and flexibility. Only the person who is open and flexible is really prepared for the experience and to get some learning of it. Leonardo Da Vinci is an educative and formative programme which give the opportunity of learning something not possible to learn in the own country.
