Vocational Training Project for Employees of the construction company Glavbolgarstroy PLC, Sofia (Bulgaria)

The project was addressed to fifteen young workers from Sofia, Bulgaria, specialized in different professions of the building field. They carried out a training time of three months in Berlin to take a look in the German working world; they take part as well in the culture programme about the German history and society corresponding to the Leonardo Da Vinci Project.

This experience consists of an overall view about the development of the process of conversion of the typical “Wohnquartieren” buildings which can be found along the German capital (especially those housings state built with plaques). This adaptation turns this kind of buildings in attractive houses with conditions for a good life quality.
