Internship and language training program for young workers from Asturias (North of Spain) in tourism industries and event management

Six Spanish young workers and students took part in the project between 20th November 2006 and 13th March 2007. The young grant holders had the opportunity of having a practice time in different tourism institutions as well as in companies of event management and educatives centers.

The participants in the project had the opportunity of improving their knowledge of the German language and their work abilities through their working and social experience. They had also the challenge of their self integration in a foreign society with different traditions, social rules and language.

The results of the project were completely successful and the participants showed their fulfilment after having took part in the exchange.
